OUR SERVICES
O.M.R.T. is a company specialised in punching of ferrous materials and its main objective is to satisfy any Customer requirement in terms of dimensions, materials, times and costs, etc.
Our entire production cycle, from the arrival of raw materials to when the final product leaves the warehouse, is kept under strict control through surveillance dictated by the Quality Management System UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
Production is carried out using a wide range of Presses with a nominal power of 350 to 4,000 Kn, with machines for all kinds of processing such as: Threading machines, Pointing machines, Welding machines and Cutters, always updated from a technological and safety point of view, etc.
Progressive mold
Components for hydraulics and automotive
We produce Baffles-Rings, Baffles complete with Threaded Fixings, Rings, Covers, Assembled Covers and Assembled End Covers in all diameters and thickness, in series. Production is carried out using raw materials of all qualities and specifically requested surface heat treatments.
We produce filling taps with incorporated air bleeders with connection to the flanged tank, with normalised dimensions for fluid, oil, diesel etc in series.
We produce filling taps with venting with threaded attachment for manual screwing with normalised dimensions for fluid, oil, diesel etc in series
Components in general
Furthermore we also produce components for Food machinery, Packaging machinery and Tooling for Static and Compressible warehouse systems.
Tooling Department
The feather in the cap of our Company is our Tooling department, for the construction of moulds and tooling of all kinds such as: block cutting tooling, progressive block cutting, mould-punchers and tooling for Assembly work in General.
It has advanced machinery in Technological-Software terms and with regards to safety, according to the Quality Management System UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, according to the Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent modifications.
From 2018 the Company in the renewal of the Presses is activating Technology 4.0.
